Refund policy

At Sunstride, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right.

30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After this period, we are unable to accept return requests.

Eligibility Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions :

  • Unused, unworn and in its original condition
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

How to Request a Return Contact us at hello@sunstride.com.au before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval will be automatically refused and returned at the sender's expense. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances :

  • Nasal strips and any personal care or hygiene products — for health and safety reasons
  • Sale items and promotional products
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been used, worn or damaged after delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@sunstride.com.au with a photo of the issue. We will resolve it promptly at no cost to you — replacement or full refund, your choice.

Exchanges We do not process direct exchanges. To get a different item, return your original purchase once approved and place a new order separately.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome within 3 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider. If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at hello@sunstride.com.au.

Return Shipping Costs Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — Sunstride is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
