Shipping policy

At Sunstride, every order is carefully prepared and dispatched from our fulfilment centre. Here is everything you need to know about getting your order to you.

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Destinations We ship Australia-wide. Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $80 AUD. Orders under $80 AUD incur a flat shipping fee of $7.95 AUD.

Delivery Timeframes Once dispatched, please allow the following estimated delivery windows :

Tracking Your Order Every Sunstride order includes full tracking. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email allowing you to monitor your delivery in real time. If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, contact us at hello@sunstride.com.auΒ and we will look into it immediately.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, reach out to us at hello@sunstride.com.au. If your order is confirmed lost in transit, we will reship or refund in full at no cost to you β€” no questions asked.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Sunstride is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@sunstride.com.au and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
