General Sunstride operates as an online retail store selling sports performance accessories. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Products We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings and photography conditions. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

Pricing All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Sunstride reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.

Orders By placing an order you confirm that :

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • The information you have provided is accurate and complete
  • You are authorised to use the payment method provided

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion — for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock unavailability. In such cases you will be notified and refunded in full.

Payment We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely. Sunstride does not store any payment information.

Delivery Delivery timeframes are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Sunstride is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside of our control including carrier delays and weather events. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

Limitation of Liability Sunstride is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order placed. Our products are sports accessories and are not intended to replace professional medical advice. If you have a medical condition consult a healthcare professional before use.

Intellectual Property All content on the Sunstride website including logos, images, product descriptions and copy is the property of Sunstride. Reproduction or use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
